Datasets

datasets

This table stores metadata about datasets that have been integrated into the IsoArcH database. It includes information such as the dataset’s title, authors, date of submission, and a brief description. Entries in this table are created by IsoArcH to catalog and manage the datasets that have been submitted and approved. Researchers do not need to fill out this information during dataset submission, as it is added by the IsoArcH team.

Dataset DOI

dataset_doi

This field contains the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assigned to the dataset. It provides a unique and permanent identifier for the dataset, ensuring it can be accurately cited and easily retrieved in digital repositories associated with IsoArcH. In the case of compilations, the IsoArcH DOI also references the original source works included in the dataset, providing proper attribution and a direct link to the foundational research.

Dataset title

dataset_title

This field records the full title of the dataset, providing a clear and concise description of the content or focus of the dataset. The title should be informative and specific to allow users to quickly understand the nature of the data.
